Dumplings with eggs, bacon and smoked

Classic bread dumplings with eggs and bacon fried in a pan, set with cubes of smoked meat, served with pickles.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 7-8 pcs plates of aged bread dumplings 5-6 pcs eggs 30 g smoked meat 30 g bacon 1 tablespoon fat pepper salt chopped chives for garnish sour pickles as a side dish

Procedure:

  • Cut the bacon and smoked meat into small cubes, cook until crispy
  • Add a tablespoon of lard, once loose, and the diced bread dumplings
  • .Fry the dumplings until golden, then add the eggs, letting them set, stirring the dish occasionally
  • Salt and pepper to taste, serve individual portions sprinkled with chopped chives, along with pickles.
