Classic hot dinner made of leftover dumplings, for example after lunch or from the previous day, and beaten eggs. A suitable side dish is pickles.
Ingredients:
Rule for 2 servings:
7-8 pieces
of cubed bread dumplings
5-6 pieces
eggs
oil
salt
Procedure:
Slice the pea dumplings, then cut them into smaller cubes, and fry them in a pan in hot oil, stirring occasionally so that the cubes get browned on all sides.
Pour the fried dumplings with beaten eggs, add salt, stir, occasionally mix the dumplings with the eggs, let the eggs curdle.
Turn the hot dumplings onto a plate and serve immediately, hot, preferably with pickles.
