A truly ancient recipe for soup from Slovácko, which was cooked from turnip, beef broth, semolina and other ingredients. It was served garnished with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

250 g of grated turnip 100 g 50 g of grated cheese 50 g of semolina 1 l beef broth 1 pk ovum

Procedure:

1. Peel and grate the turnips on a coarse grater, boil in the broth for 15 minutes
2. Fry semolina in a pan, crack eggs and mix, form gnocchi with a spoon, and add them to the soup
3. Sprinkle grated cheese on the plate.
