Dudácký špalík

Plates of pork leg or shoulder filled with smoked pork belly, browned in fat. Recipe from Rokycany.

Ingredients:

600 g of pork leg or plecka 100 g of smoked pork belly 100 g of onion 80 g fat ketchup plain flour ground black pepper water for pouring salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the pork into 4 thick slices and cut one side
2. Place a slice of smoked pork belly in each slice, secure with toothpicks
3. Salt and pepper the meat and fry it in the fat
4. Remove when soft, fry the sliced onion in the fat, pour hot water over it, boil, reduce to a simmer and dust with flour

Serve the meat prepared in this way preferably with roasted potatoes.
