Pour water into a large pressure cooker and add the duck necks. Bring to the boil.

After boiling, remove the accumulated foam (protein from the meat).

Next, add all the spices – salt, bay leaf, black pepper, whole onion and add the garlic cloves to the peppers and add them to the stock as well.
4.
Add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes like carrots, celery and parsley. Bring to the boil.
5.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes.
6.
Serve with or without pasta by cutting the Vegetable Recipes into fine pieces.
