Dubrovnik minestra

Original Italian recipe, which took root in the Croatian region.

Ingredients:

300 g of smoked pork 250 g potatoes 150 g smoked lamb 100 g Bacon 100 g Bacon 100 g bean pods 60 g baby carrots (from can)

5 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs sprigs of parsley 1 pk pork sausage with peppers 1 l water 2 tbsp olive oil ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the peeled potatoes and zucchini into cubes and cut off the ends of the washed bean pods
2. Cut the meat into chunks and boil in water until tender, then remove and add the diced potatoes, zucchini, bean pods to the broth and cook for another 15 minutes
3. Mix finely chopped parsley and peeled, minced garlic cloves with olive oil and add to the soup together with bacon cubes, sliced sausage, carrot and cooked meat
