Doughnuts with cinnamon sprinkles and jam

An unconventional brunch dish that takes only about 30 minutes to prepare and is moderately challenging. But to make brunch a real experience that replaces the care of a café, don’t forget to prepare the environment.

Ingredients:

3 jars of plain flour 250 g white yogurt 200 g Extra Hamé Strawberry Jam 2 packets

td>sugar

3 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 pk egg frying oil pinch of salt

Procedure:

Place the yogurt, eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix. Then add the oil, salt, soda and sifted flour. Make a smooth dough that does not stick. Sprinkle with plain flour as needed.

Divide the dough into several parts and roll each into a sheet about 1-1.5 cm thick. Use a glass to cut out rounds and a smaller glass or cookie cutter to cut out the centre.

Fry the doughnuts in a higher layer of hot oil on both sides until golden brown.

Place the fried doughnuts on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat. Then roll in cinnamon sugar and spread with Extra Hamé Strawberry Jam.
