Doughnuts (Donuts)

American doughnuts made at home.

Ingredients:

Arrangement for 12 pcs: 250 g smooth flour 75 g butter 40 g sugar 1 pk eggs 1 pk yolk 1 pc packet of vanilla sugar 1/2 pk crumble 1/8 l

Procedure:

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of flour and crumbled yeast, let the sourdough rise
2. Add the rest of the sugar and flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, butter, egg and egg yolk to the sourdough
3. Make a smooth dough, cover it with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes until it doubles in volume
4. Grease the doughnut tin with butter, fill with dough, smooth the surface with a knife dipped in water, leave covered to rise for another 20 minutes
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes
6. When the doughnuts are still hot, turn them out of the tin
