Doubled butter in macaroni and cheese recipe

For all you mac and cheese lovers out there, this recipe is for you! This dish is packed with twice the amount of butter, making it extra creamy and delicious. The key to making this dish successful is to use high-quality butter, and to be generous with it!

In terms of the cheese, you can use whatever variety you like best. We recommend a sharp cheddar for its bold flavor, but feel free to experiment.

If you want to really take this dish over the top, try adding in some bacon or crumbled up sausage. You could also mix in some chopped up veggies like mushrooms, onions, or green peppers.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 pound of elbow macaroni
2 sticks of butter
8 ounces of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
1 cup of milk

To make the dish, start by boiling the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. While the pasta is boiling, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the saucepan with the melted butter. Add in the grated cheese, milk, salt and pepper, and mix everything together until well combined.

Pour the mac and cheese into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly
