3 tbsp melted butter 2 packets cinnamon sugar
progress
1. Put a tablespoon of sugar and the crushed yeast into the lukewarm milk. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the flour, caster sugar, egg yolks, butter and finally the risen yeast. Put the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for two hours. 2. Turn the dough out of the bowl onto a floured board and stretch it out with a rolling pin or by hand to a thickness of about 3 cm. Cut the rounds using a glass and the holes using half-cups. 3. Place the doughnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rest for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C and then place the doughnuts in the oven to bake for 10 minutes until golden. 4. Then dip the cooled doughnuts in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
