Fresh sauteed mushrooms, baked together with potatoes, eggs and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Let the potatoes cooked in their skins cool, peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into thin slices
2. Stew the cleaned and washed sliced mushrooms in butter with finely chopped fried onions until soft
3. Season the stewed mushrooms with pepper, salt and chives
4. Place alternate layers of sliced potatoes and stewed mushrooms in a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish, the last layer should be potatoes
5. Pour milk with beaten egg and salt over everything
6. Brush with the remaining fat and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
