Simplified cubes of pork shoulder served with sauce enriched with peas, cucumber and egg.
Ingredients:

of sterilised peas |

| sweet and sour cucumbers |

hard boiled eggs |

onions |
pork or beef broth |

red ground pepper |

smooth flour |
|
cream |
|
lard |
|
salt |
Procedure:
Cube the meat, season with salt
Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard, add the meat, fry, sprinkle with paprika, pour in the stock or water, simmer until the meat is tender
.Mix the plain flour with the cream, pour over the soft meat and cook over a low heat
Finally add the diced cucumber and peas
Serve with dumplings or rice, add pieces of boiled eggs to the sauce on the plate.
