Ingredients: 500 g of pork shoulder 150 g of sterilised peas 2 pcs of/td> sweet and sour cucumbers 2 pcs hard boiled eggs 1 pc onions pork or beef broth red ground pepper smooth flour cream lard salt Procedure: Cube the meat, season with salt Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard, add the meat, fry, sprinkle with paprika, pour in the stock or water, simmer until the meat is tender .Mix the plain flour with the cream, pour over the soft meat and cook over a low heat Finally add the diced cucumber and peas Serve with dumplings or rice, add pieces of boiled eggs to the sauce on the plate.
