1/2 kg plain flour 20 g yeast 1/4 litre milk a little water a little salt 1 pk egg 20 g sugar 80 g butter 100 g powdered sugar
procedure
1. Add yeast, lukewarm milk, sugar, egg, salt, lukewarm water as needed to the flour and work into a thinner dough. Leave it in a warm place to rise, put the risen dough on a floured paddle, stretch it out with your hands and prick out the rings with a round mould. 2. Bake on the stove top on both sides. Place the baked rolls in a sieve, pour boiling water over them, place them in a bowl, spread them and sprinkle them with sugar.
