Dlabanec

Cooked potatoes spread with butter and topped with grated cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

2 kg of new potatoes 150 ggrated cottage cheese 100 g butter water salt cumin green parsley

Procedure:

1. Scrape the new potatoes and cover with salted water
2. Add cumin and a piece of green parsley, cook for about 30 minutes until potatoes are soft
3. Drain the cooked potatoes, divide them into individual portions, pour melted butter over them and sprinkle with grated cottage cheese.

Recommendation:

Potatoes prepared in this way are washed down with buttermilk.
