Djuve z drobných rybek

Recipe from Bulgarian cuisine.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 800 g of small fish 1.5 dl white wine or (water with a little lemon juice) 4 tbsp oil 4 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 3 pcs peppercorns bean leaf parsley sprig salt

Procedure:

1. Stack the cleaned fish in a baking dish
2. Add salt, wine and oil
3. Add finely chopped garlic, sliced onion, pepper, bay leaf and finely chopped parsley 4. Bake in a moderately heated oven (180 °C) until tender.
