Dill sauce
ingredients
1 pk onion 50 g butter 1 tbsp plain flour to taste salt, ground black pepper 2 tbsp dill 200 ml broth 200 ml milk 250 ml cooking cream 1 KL lemon juice
procedure
1. In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot butter. Sprinkle with plain flour and fry briefly. Pour in the stock, milk and reduce the sauce. Season with salt, pepper and dill. 2. Finally, pour in the cream, stir the sauce again and let it come to the boil. We are done, we can serve. 3. The sauce goes well with meat or just boiled eggs.
