Devils burger

How about the best burger in the world? Fiery and sweet jam meets salty and creamy cream cheese – huhhuh!
Ingredients for 4
Hamburger patties*
400g ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp onion flour
. 3 tbsp milk
1/2 dl breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Devil’s jello (link attached)
or Thai chilli sauce
For the meal
4 large burgers
1 wedge of Aura Cheese
1 handful of arugula
8 slices of cucumber
1 tomato
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or burger sauce
* If you mince the meat yourself and know what’s in the meat, you can cook it to medium. Then you don’t need to add salt and pepper to the steaks!
Cook the devil’s jam according to the instructions and set aside.
Mix the steak ingredients. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Fry four evenly sized steaks. When the steaks are done, place the cream cheese on the baked side to melt.
Bake the slices in the oven until crispy (if you bought the slices in the shop). Pile the Devils burgers on open plates, i.e. smear the bottom with ketchup, steak and red pepper jam. On the top of the plate, place mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickles and hamburger sauce. Enjoy the Devils burger on a plate.
