Devilish Penne with Chilli Sauce

Cooked pasta served topped with chilli sauce, sprinkled with parmesan and basil.

Ingredients:

400 g of thick short macaroni (penne) 1 tbsp oil 50 g parmesan cheese for sprinkling

chopped basil water salt For the sauce: 400 g tomatoes 100 g of bacon ./td> 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs chilli peppers 2 pcs chilli peppers 2 tbsp butter ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Grind the peeled garlic cloves, cut the chillies in half, remove the pips, wash and chop finely
3. Fry the bacon and garlic briefly in a pan in hot butter, add the tomatoes, chilli, salt and pepper, add a little water and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes
4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with oil until tender, drain it, divide it on plates, pour the prepared sauce over it, sprinkle with finely chopped basil and grated cheese.
