4 pcs onion 700 g beef leg 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp ground red sweet paprika 5 cloves garlic 1 pk hot pepper 1 tbsp salt 1 can lentils 1 pk potatoes 2 pk bay leaves oil

An unconventional dish you’ll love…

Cut the onion and meat into larger pieces.

Then fry the onions in oil until golden and add the meat.
3.
Add 1 tbsp sweet paprika and 2 tbsp worchester sauce.
4.
Add 5 garlic cloves, 1 hot pepper chopped finely and 1 tbsp salt.
5.
Cover everything with water (about 1 litre).
6.
Mix 1 can of lentils and 2 bay leaves. Simmer covered for at least 1 hour until the meat is completely tender.
7.
Just before finishing, grate 1 raw potato and add it to the perch. It will thicken beautifully so we don’t have to add flour.
