150 g bryndza 1 dl cream 1/2 liter water 1 pk onion pk minced red pepper pk salt pk crushed cumin

Cut the onion and put it to boil in water, add cumin, salt and ground red pepper.

In a bowl, mix the bryndza thoroughly with the cream or milk and pour in the strained broth. Serve with toasted bread cut into small cubes.
