Delicious Spring Pancakes

Tasty pancakes filled with steamed Vegetable Recipes and decorated with celery leaves.

Ingredients:

500 g of frozen Vegetable Recipes (carrots, broccoli, white radish, baby corn) 2 tbsp butter ground pepper veg frying oil

sheets of celery stalks For the batter: 250 g coarse flour 300 ml milk 2 pcs pitcher pinch of baking powder pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the beaten eggs, milk and salt, add the sifted semi-coarse flour with baking powder, mix everything into a smooth batter, let it rest for a while and gradually cook thin pancakes in a pan with heated oil until golden brown
2. Let the frozen Vegetable Recipes loosen for a while, simmer in melted butter until tender, season with ground pepper and vegetation
