Delicious soup with seafood

ingredients

2 cloves garlic 1 pk hot pepper 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp plain flour 100 ml white wine 1.5 liters water to taste salt 250 g seafood 2 pk egg yolk 200 ml 12% cooking cream to taste dill

Cut the garlic and hot pepper finely and fry in oil. Dust them with flour, fry briefly and pour wine over them, stirring constantly.

Add boiling water, season with salt and put in the frozen seafood. Bring the soup to the boil and then simmer over a low heat for 15 min.

Temper the soup with the egg yolks beaten in the cream and let it boil. Season to taste with salt and serve with chopped dill.
