Another and somewhat healthier alternative for the perfect start to the day are the increasingly popular smoothies. What if you simply combined the two? The answer is easy: the most delicious breakfast ever!

For this you need:

250 ml strong coffee 1 banana 20 g oatmeal 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 250 ml milk, alternatively soy milk or almond milk 1 tsp honey

How it works:

1. Brühe the coffee, let it cool down and then put it in an ice cube mold, which you freeze.

2. Once the coffee is frozen, you just put all übrigen ingredients in a blender. Add to that the coffee ice cubes. Blend the ingredients until they form a uniform mass. Fill the smoothie into a glass and garnish the whole thing with a cream topping and some chocolate powder. Already you are ready!

You have to be patient until the coffee is frozen, but luckily the recipe is otherwise a real breeze. Of course, you can also prepare the smoothie only with gekühltem coffee. But especially now, in high summer, an ice-cold coffee smoothie is a really köstliche refreshment.
