1 pcs puff pastry
Cream
500 ml milk 2 packets Golden cob 4 pcs egg yolk 1 packet vanilla sugar 150 g powdered sugar 700 g soft cottage cheese

A quick and especially sweet cake that you can have ready in minutes thanks to the use of puff pastry.

Roll out the puff pastry to the size of your baking sheet and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I used a smaller baking sheet. Roll out the pastry a little more so that it sticks out around the edges and the filling doesn’t ooze out from under the pastry.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Pour in the milk, golden cob and soft cottage cheese. Whisk everything until smooth.

Pour the prepared mixture onto the puff pastry and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Whisk the stiff whipping cream with egg whites and icing sugar. After 20 minutes, take the cake out and spread the prepared snow on the cake and bake for another 15 minutes at 150 degrees.

Dust the cake with sugar or cocoa.
