Delicious Pineapple Parfait

Pineapple parfait is not only delicious, but also quick and easy to make. Ideally prepare it ahead of time and wait a few hours before enjoying it.
Ingredients:
200 g Greek yogurt 200 g pineapple in syrup 200 g dessert cream 100 g sugar 20 ml water A few drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
Start by preparing the syrup, boil the water for a few minutes and then add 80 g of sugar.
Mix the egg whites with the 20 g of sugar, when they are partially mounted, add the lemon drops then, still continuing to whisk, then the syrup, still boiling, continuing to whisk.
Whip the cold cream out of the fridge, then add first the yogurt and then the whites mounted gently with a movement from bottom to top so as not to disassemble the mixture too much.
In a bowl put a first layer of cream, then a second layer of pineapple and another of cream and finish with pineapple pieces. Let sit in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
The pineapple parfait is ready: take it out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
