Delicious milk soup

pcs potatoes pcs semolina 1 pcs egg 250 ml whipping cream 2 pcs bambino cheese 1/2 liter milk 1 cube beef broth pcs vegeta pcs salt

I invented this soup about two years ago and it has been such a success with the whole family that it is requested at least once a week.

1. Pour water into a pot (about a quarter of a pot),add salt and bring to a boil. 2. Break a whole egg into semolina gnocchi. Beat the egg with a fork and gradually add the semolina. Squeeze half of the bambino into the batter and mix. 3. The water in the pot is already boiling so form the gnocchi. Take off the flame and let them simmer for 4minutes. Add the diced potatoes to the pot and pour the milk over them. Add the plate and cook. Stir and keep an eye on the soup or it will boil. 4. When the potatoes are half done, boil 2dl of water and pour in the beef broth (do not substitute for another), which when dissolved pour into the soup. In a second small saucepan prepare the bay. Heat the cream and squeeze in the bambino (one half and one whole – I buy maxi bambino) stir until dissolved and set aside. Pour the bambino into the soup and let it boil. Season with salt,veggies and a little pepper between your fingers. 5. If by chance the soup remains the next day and seems to have run out, add milk and reheat on the stove.
