In childhood we liked cookies of this type. Gingerbread, gingerbread, a simple cake that made the whole apartment smell good when baked. My grandmother and my mother made them fantastic too. They were also for breakfast and for various celebrations. I baked it , added shredded coconut to the batter. Give it a try.

First, mix both powdered and cinnamon sugars with the eggs. Then add the oil, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Now add the grated coconut and mix. Finally, add the milk and mix everything well.

I poured the batter into a baking pan. I greased the pan and sprinkled flour on it.

I baked the cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes and let it cool after baking.

I put the icing on top, decorate with decorative pearls.
