Delicious fritters with yoghurt salad and Chinese cabbage
ingredients
400 g turkey minced meat 1 tsp pressed garlic 1/2 tsp chili pepper 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp minced coriander 6 leaves Chinese cabbage vegetable oil salt, ground black pepper

200 ml white yoghurt 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tsp minced red chilli (smoked) 1/2 pk Chinese cabbage 1/2 pk red onion 1 pk shredded carrot

These eye-catching fritters or burgers are quick and easy to make and packed with flavour. Ginger, paprika, garlic… Make a yoghurt salad with Chinese cabbage and onions and wrap everything in its leaves. A much healthier version of the classic fritters with chips or other unhealthy side dishes…

Prepare everything you need.

Mix ground meat (doesn’t have to be just turkey), ginger and garlic paste, paprika or pepper paste, chili powder and ground coriander. Add salt and black pepper as needed. Work everything thoroughly by hand.

Shape the mixture into 8-9 patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt salad, which works as a refreshing side dish. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and smoked paprika, season with salt and pepper as desired.

Slice some of the cabbage finely, discarding the whole large leaves from the top to serve as a salad bowl.

Add the chopped cabbage, onion and grated carrot to the yogurt sauce.

Toss everything together well and you can add herbs to taste, such as dill.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the fritters for about 5 minutes on each side.

When the fritters are cooked, prepare everything needed for serving.

Place two large cabbage leaves on a plate, scoop the yoghurt salad into them and place the fašírka on top.Enjoy!
