You can follow my recipes to see how our family eats. As our youngest was born, we progressively eliminated black pepper or all berry spices from our diet. I season with herbs, aromatic Vegetable Recipes and different kinds of salts. Everyone likes carrots in our house, although our youngest had a period when she wouldn’t put a carrot in her mouth for the life of her. It lasted about a week. Now the carrots go and she pulls them out of the fridge on her own. If she could eat carrots and white live yogurt all the time, she’d probably be the happiest person in the world.

These recipes are actually a way for the whole family to eat so that Mom doesn’t have to cook five ways. Although the food looks different on our plates, it’s always just a matter of mixing it up, which means combining different favourite textures. Dad sometimes arranges croutons, Mom does too, or parmesan. Or herbs. We enjoy creating at the table. The carrot soup was created from a stock of boiled potato and cooked red lentils. Awesome, smooth, creamy and there was nothing left of it. 🙂 Plus it has antioxidants, vitamin C, carotene …useful food that doesn’t overload your digestion is the best. From tomatoes lycopene. The proteins contained in the kernels are also very beneficial. In addition , they are not allergenic and have a mild nutty taste.

1. Sauté the carrots and pips with the garlic in the onion. Add the finely chopped celery. Cover with water and cook until soft. Drain. Blend until smooth with the tomato and cooked potato and lentils. Alternatively, finish with stock to taste. A delicious cream will be formed. It can be garnished with rapeseed nativ oil, pumpkin or other natural fat, vegetable of course and not refined. Taste good. 2. TIP: The broth from the drained Vegetable Recipes can be used the next day in risotto 🙂
