Delicate apple pie
ingredients
250 g plain flour 200 g semi-coarse flour 250 g granulated sugar 3 pcs eggs 1.5 dl vegetable oil 2.5 dl milk 2 packets vanilla sugar 1 packet baking powder 1/2 KL salt 200 ml whipped cream 3 apples 1 packet vanilla sugar ground cinnamon to sprinkle on the apples

There is beauty in simplicity and I believe this apple pie is proof of that 🙂 Apples and soft, light pastry topped with whipped cream. Quick, simple preparation and the result is fantastic!

The first thing to do is to clean your apples, cut them in half, scoop out the cores and slice them thinly. Then sprinkle the apples with vanilla sugar and also cinnamon to taste. You can also leave out the cinnamon. You can also season the apples just before using them in the pie

Cesto: Beat the whole eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then gradually and alternately stir in the oil, milk and flour, which you have already mixed with the baking powder and salt

Pour the cooked dough onto a baking tray brushed with oil and sprinkled with flour. Then place our apple slices in the pastry close to each other so that they are halfway out. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. My baking dish is 29×22 cm, but if you put in a larger baking dish, you will need to adjust the baking time. And, of course, this will also make the cake smaller

After 30 minutes, test with a needle and if the cake is already overbaked, take it out of the oven and give it a quick prick with a needle here and there. Then pour the whipping cream over the top of the cake and put it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes

Let the baked cake cool and serve! It is really yummy, light and soft from the whipped cream ;-P I believe you will love it at the first time!
