Darken bread with onion spread

Roasted red onion spread. Softened with mascarpone cream cheese and served on Darken bread.

Ingredients:

1 pack Darken bread 6 pcs of red onions 125 g mascarpone 80 g cane sugar 2 tbsp olive oil 50 ml wine vinegar 50 ml balsamic pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in a hot pan until golden brown, season with salt and pepper
2. Once the onions are cooked, add the cane sugar, balsamic vinegar and wine vinegar and simmer for five minutes
3. Stir the mascarpone into the cooled onion mixture
4. Spread on Darken bread and serve.
