Dark chocolate cheesecake with Thermomix
Here is the recipe for dark chocolate cheesecake with Thermomix, a delicious no-bake chocolate cake, easy to prepare for a family dessert.
Ingredients:
For the base:
150 g digestive cookies 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 50 g butter
For the cream:
300 g Philadelphia cheese 90g sugar 90 g dark chocolate (70%) 170 g liquid fresh cream 8 g leaf gelatin Preparation:
Put the cookies in the bowl of the Thermomix, then blend for 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add the butter and cocoa then mix 30 seconds at speed 5.
Line the bottom of a springform pan and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
In the bowl, insert the whisk, put 150 g of the cold liquid cream in the bowl then set 4 minutes at speed 3.5. Then set aside in the refrigerator.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
Wash and dry the bowl, then put the sugar and chocolate then mix for 10 seconds at speed 7, then set 4 minutes at 50° at speed 1.
Add the Philadelphia cheese then mix for 20 seconds at speed 3. Then add the whipped cream and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.
In a saucepan heat the liquid cream then dilute the gelatin leaves and add to the mixture, then mix for 20 seconds on speed 3.
Pour over the cookie base then place in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Turn out sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder then serve your cheesecake.
