2,5 kg beef bones 4 tbsp oil 80 g carrots 80 g parsley 80 g celery 80 g leek 1 pk bay leaf 1/2 pk garlic cloves 1 pk onion halved and fried until brown 2 pk cloves 6 pk whole white pepper

Heat oven to 200°C. Chop the bones and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Then transfer them and the fat to a saucepan. Add the chopped Vegetable Recipes, bay leaf, garlic, onion, cloves and peppercorns. Cook for about 1,5 hours. Finally, strain the broth.
