Danish Cheesecake

Baked Scandinavian dumpling made of cottage cheese, coarse flour, smatana, sugar and almonds.

Ingredients:

400 g of soft curd 100 g almonds 80 g sugar 60 g coarse flour 2 dl whipping cream 4 pcs of egg 2 tbsp raisins vanillin sugar pinch of salt butter to grease the tin breadcrumbs to line the tin fruit syrup

Procedure:

1. Stir in the egg yolks, coarse flour, steamed, peeled, sliced almonds, steamed and drained raisins, salt and vanillin sugar
2. Lightly stir in the whipped cream and the egg whites to which you have added the sugar and beaten until thick
3. Put the dough into a buttered pie pan, dust with breadcrumbs and bake in a moderately heated oven (170 °C) for about 40 minutes
4. Serve warm with diluted fruit syrup.
