Baked Scandinavian dumpling made of cottage cheese, coarse flour, smatana, sugar and almonds.

Procedure:
1. Stir in the egg yolks, coarse flour, steamed, peeled, sliced almonds, steamed and drained raisins, salt and vanillin sugar
2. Lightly stir in the whipped cream and the egg whites to which you have added the sugar and beaten until thick
3. Put the dough into a buttered pie pan, dust with breadcrumbs and bake in a moderately heated oven (170 °C) for about 40 minutes
4. Serve warm with diluted fruit syrup.
