Procedure:
1. Slice the bun (roll) and moisten it with milk, mash it well and then stir it into the mince
2. Add the egg, half of the flour, pepper, paprika and salt
3. Form the dough into 8 rolls and fry them on all sides in hot oil
4. Drain the oil, put butter in a pan, fry the finely chopped onion, dust it with flour and fry it
5. Pour hot water, cream and boil for a while
6. After a while, add lecho, drained peas, finely chopped cucumber and ketchup, boil briefly
7. Sweeten the sauce, add salt if necessary, acidify with lemon juice and add the chufti, heat through but do not boil.
