Dalgona, the easy sparkling coffee that triumphs to refresh you in summer
Total: 2 min Diners: 2
Toilet paper, bread, yeast, biscuits have been the great successes of the quarantine that we have had to save to protect us from Covid-19, but among all of them, the most refreshing and the most appealing in these hot afternoons is this Dalgona coffee, a fresh coffee very similar to Greek coffee but much more frothy.
Ingredients
Soluble coffee, 2 tablespoons Sugar, 2 tablespoons Hot water, 2 tablespoons Cold milk
Step 1
Step 1
In a bowl that is not too small put two tablespoons of soluble coffee (can be decaffeinated), two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of hot water. Mix everything well and beat vigorously with an electric mixer. The mixture will take air until it becomes a dense coffee foam.
Step 2
Pour cold milk into the glasses in which we are going to serve our Dalgona coffee, leaving at least a couple of centimeters free, and pour the coffee foam on top.
Step 3
You can add a final touch by sprinkling a little ground cinnamon or cocoa powder.
