Cuttlefish with Vegetable Recipes

Under the name “Ika to jasai no umani” you will find a dish of marinated cuttlefish and steamed Vegetable Recipes in Asia.

Ingredients:

2 pcs of cuttlefish 1 pc cucumber 50 g celery 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp of white wine 1 cup of brew ground pepper tr>

Procedure:

1. Clean the cuttlefish and peel off the skin, cut them into larger cubes
2. Make a marinade of salt, white wine and salad oil, marinate the cuttlefish cubes in the marinade for about 30 minutes
3. Put the broth, celery, cucumber, sugar, salt and pepper in a pot and boil, when the celery is soft, add the cuttlefish and the dressing and cook everything until tender.
