Curry Kjufty

A great recipe from Indian cuisine for the preparation of minced meat served in the form of balls fried in oil, covered with a fragrant spicy curry sauce.

Ingredients:

For the meatballs: 500 g of ground pork 2 pcs garlic cloves

1 pc onions 1 pcs eggs ground cinnamon ginger pepper oil salt For the sauce: 200 g white yogurt 4 piecesgarlic strips 1 pk onions 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 tsp curry 1/2 tsp crushed cumin 1/2 tsp cardamom 1/2 tspginger 1/2 tsp chilli 1 dl water lemon juice sugar salt

Procedure:

1. Make the seasoned meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut, fry them in oil on all sides until brown and set aside
2. In a frying pan, fry the garlic and finely chopped onion until golden, add all the spices, stir, add yoghurt and 1 dl of water and heat for 3 minutes
3. Put the meatballs into the sauce, let it cook on a medium heat source for 10 minutes 4. Finally, season the sauce with lemon juice, salt and sugar.

Recommendation:

Serve the sauce with rice.
