Cuke Yaki

Japanese recipe for marinated beef.

Ingredients:

For 4 people: 4 pieces of sirloin steak

. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil mustard salt Marinade: 5 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons rice or white wine grated

Procedure:

1. Mix the soy sauce with the white wine and add about a tablespoon of grated ginger
2. Marinade the meat and refrigerate for about 1 hour
3. Pour the marinade into the pan and let it soak into the meat
5. Serve salted with a scoop of mustard on each portion.

Recommendation:

Side dish: Cooked or steamed white rice.
