Cucumbers stuffed with cottage cheese cream

2 pcs salad cucumber 150 g soft low-fat cottage cheese 150 g cream cheese spread 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste salt, ground black pepper 200 g Prosciutto

1. Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly. Either peel them whole or just decoratively, as in the photo. Cut them into approximately 6 cm rounds and scoop out the seeds. 2. Mix the cottage cheese with the cream spread, season the cream with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper. Using a pastry bag, layer the custard into the holes. 3. Place a slice of prosciutto on top of each cucumber and serve.
