Cucumber soup (tarator)
ingredients
3 cloves garlic 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp oil 1 pk salad cucumber 250 g white yoghurt 2 tbsp chopped dill 1 tbsp chopped walnuts to taste dill

1.
In a bowl, rub the crushed garlic with salt, add the oil drop by drop and mix together thoroughly.

Slice or dice the peeled cucumber, place in a bowl and toss with the garlic. Pour the yoghurt over everything, add the chopped dill, mix again and set aside to cool.

Sprinkle the soup with chopped walnuts and garnish with dill. Serve with fresh baguette.
