Cucumber Salad with Coconut

Rinded salad cucumbers cut into strips, tossed with a dressing of coconut flour, white yogurt, mustard seeds, salt and chilli.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips
2. Mix the coconut flour with a tablespoon of oil, chilli, salt and yoghurt into a thick paste
3. Heat the rest of the oil in a small saucepan, add the mustard seeds, cover with a lid, when the seeds start to pop, add them to the yoghurt and coconut
4. Pour the thick coconut dressing over the cucumbers, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then serve.
