Cucumber raita

This slightly sour side dish perfectly balances the taste of Indian, mostly spicy dishes.

Ingredients:

Range for about 600 ml: 300 ml white yoghurt 1 pk fresh green chillies 1/2 pcs salad cucumber 1/4 tsp ground romaine 1/4 tsp salt potato foil

Procedure:

1. Cut the cucumber into cubes and put them in a large bowl
2. Add the chopped chili pepper, stripped of seeds
3. Whisk the yoghurt with a fork and then add it to the cucumber and chilli pepper
4. Stir in the salt and cumin
5. Cover with cling film and chill
