Cucumber raita II

Raita is actually a well chilled yoghurt sauce suitable as a side dish especially for spicy dishes. The recipe comes from India.

Ingredients:

1 cup of white unflavored yogurt 1 tsp chopped fresh mint 1 pk salad cucumber pinch of ground cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Grate the cucumber coarsely, let it drain thoroughly in a sieve
2. Place the drained cucumber in a blender container, add a cup of white yogurt, salt, a teaspoon of chopped fresh mint and a pinch of ground cumin, blend
