There are many variations of this recipe, the ingredients also vary by region. Each family has its “best” recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg
of ground meat (pork or pork+beef)

green pickled olives without brine
6-8 pcs
of allspice

garlic cloves

smaller potatoes

bean leaves

meaty bell peppers
1 pcs
larger onions

of tomato puree

fresh basil leaves

crushed cumin

Procedure:
chop the peeled onion and garlic finely, remove the pepper cores and cut them into small cubes, cut the peeled potatoes into cubes, fry them in a little oil until golden brown
At this stage add the minced meat and olives to the pot, stir everything together, pour in half a litre of water, season with salt and pepper, simmer covered for a further 20 minutes
SimmerRemove the lid, add the roasted potatoes, simmer for another 10 minutes
Finally, stir the basil leaves into the mixture, season the dish with spices to taste, add salt if necessary and serve.
