Cuban Congri II
Cuban national dish made of boiled beans, rice and chicken.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the beans, soak them in clean water overnight, boil them the next day until tender, then drain and store the water
2. Salt and pepper the cleaned chicken thighs, sprinkle them with ground paprika, put them in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, cover with slices of softened butter, cover them lightly with water and bake them in a preheated oven at 190 °C until tender
3. Rinse the rice, cook in salted water from the beans and top up with clean water as needed
4. In a large frying pan, fry the peeled, finely chopped onion and the peeled, sliced garlic cloves in hot oil, add the cooked rice, the beans, the meat, stripped of the bones and the baked juice
