What you need
100 g peanut butter 90 g Golden syrup/maple syrup or honey 60 g room temperature butter 100 g milk chocolate (2cm pieces) 100 g ground almonds 150 g butter biscuits (crushed)

Line a large baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.

Slowly melt the peanut butter, maple syrup and butter. Once the mixture is melted, continue to slowly stir until the mixture is nicely combined

Add the almonds and crushed cookies to the mixture. Stir again until the mixture is just combined.

Use the palms of your hands to form small balls from the small amount of mixture formed. Place the balls on a tray and chill for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and blend until melted and the mixture comes together.
6.
Dip each cooled ball into half the melted chocolate and then into the chopped nuts.
7.
Place the balls on a silicone mat or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
