Crumble with rhubarb, almonds and cranberries

Dessert even for beginners made from seasonal fruits, with sliced almonds, dried cranberries and biscuit crumble. Crunchy thanks to the crumble.

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of rhubarb 2 handfuls 3 tbsp cane sugar 1 tbsp sliced almonds 1 tbsp of cranberries 1 tbsp 2 tsp cold butter Crumb: 4 tbsp coarse flour 2 tbspcooled butter 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Procedure:

1. Place the cookie crumbs in the bottom of two small baking dishes (diameter approx. 8 cm, height approx. 5 cm)
2. In another bowl, mix the rhubarb, cut into small cubes, with the cane sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and almonds, and sprinkle over the biscuit crumbs
3. Place a teaspoon of butter on top and bake in the oven at 160 °C until golden (about 30 minutes)
5. Serve hot or chilled, on its own or with a dollop of sour cream.

Recommendation:

Instead of rhubarb, try peeled and sliced apples, apricots and other fruits.
